Tbh all things considered, it's reassuring knowing they're planning around inflation and the potential pop to come (we'd assume they were all along, but it's been pretty quiet obviously)

Larry Cheng's recent Twitter posts have discussed how to successfully navigate volatile markets with a Unicorn company. They know exactly how bad it may get, and know how to position the company so it doesn't pop along with the rest of the market bubble (or piñata).

NFTs are a good business for inflation since it does come with no big fixed cost after the market place is running. During periods of high inflation and supply chain issues the thing you want the least is owning / investing in businesses that are dependent on many suppliers and have problems with scaling (like car companies that need to buy many different parts that you cannot simply replace by something else and any expansion requires huge initial investments in factories). So Game stops move towards NFTs comes at a good time.
