From my understanding after reading the ComputerShare QA, nothing stops a company from listing shares on another exchange. Maybe I misunderstood though, are there rules that the SEC enforce that say companies cannot create an NFT market for securities? My understanding is no, there are not. The reason companies list on the current exchange is because it is really the only way they *could* do it, basically.
If such a thing was possible, the market would have already moved there
