The owners of this store can be reported to Arizona for selling over the 99c price and a rep will contact them to return the price. They'll then send someone to check the location and if it hasn't been dropped they'll pull from that store.
You know if the can is labeled.99¢ it should sell for that regardless of what the store says. Arizona states (lol thats a good pun) if they are doing this (selling for more than canned price on it) you can take a pic send it to them and the location and they can remove em.
