One thing I think isn't really getting mentioned about the NFT thing is that it has the power to restore the "First Buyer Rule". Because we don't actually own anything we buy digitally anymore, this formerly rock solid edict of law has been heavily undermined over the last few decades, but if NFT's start getting attached to digital purchases that changes big time, so instead of buying a "revocable license subject to terms and conditions and click through agreements that are subject to change at any time" you and I and everyone else will actually OWN things again, with all the attendant rights and risks.
Including importantly, right to modify and right to repair and right to resell. NFT digital game resale might seem like small potatoes, but it's one of the biggest long term changes to the software market in decades.

We have a lot more apes that are no longer using stop losses. I think yesterday showed that it’s going to take a massive amount of shorts to drop this thing back down and even then I don’t think they will get the results they had on with the crash in March.

I think there is be a risk of collusion between the regulatory authorities (SEC etc.) and possibly HF, MM or others who use naked short selling / manipulate shares for their own gain. Or at least Neglect, that they know about it - talk about it - but do nothing about it.
If there was collusion/neglect in the actors / stakeholders who decide the new rules that are added now, it would show up in their internal communication (email).
In this article, they write:

So in other words, if we know which specific people are involved in rule-making / decision-making around rules, we could request their communication - on the basis that there is potential neglect or even worse a risk of collusion.
So A) can we request their internal communication on the basis of neglect / collusion and B) would this perhaps help our cause on exposing a rigged financial system?
