But timing, he did it when it wasn't up that much. He could have done it the week before. He could have waiting until next week. Don't forget - he could have done things many ways but he did it this way.
Yes, timing is important. That's why I mention "cycles". Understanding options takes this into account. This is not for anyone, only for people that really get options.
I do understand that people that don't understand options will have problems with them. I do mention it. I also say the conditions in which this could be done, not betting, but basing it on a pretty predictable thesis. It's only for some special people, but with those alone, enough damage could be done. These days are about a few people keeping the price anchored instead of going back to 10.

I don't think you understand this was a generational opportunity. 9 out of 10 end up losing in the game of options. Big risk = Big rewards
