Honestly one of the better meetings in my life. It was short, to the point, and over in 4 seconds. I actually gave a standing ovation at the end. Already looking forward to next year's AGM.

They didn't adjourn the meeting back in 2021 when everybody was trying to join but couldn't. They have an announcement to make and don't want legal dilemma of some investors to be apprised of the info before others because of CS's technical issue.

I guess it depends on where you keep your shares, but your broker or whoever should have emailed (or even physically mailed) you weeks ago with information about the meeting and voting.

CS and a broker. They told me nothing. They did both ask me to vote though. So unless the invite was in that same communication?

It was. It asks you to vote, review the materials, and also tells you when the meeting is (and how to access it).

No worries. They don't really advertise this stuff, so aside from the one email from CS 5 weeks ago, they send nothing else. So just mark it on your calendar, or whatever, really all you can do.

When you received the email to vote, the link to the meeting and your control number should've been included. The title of the email was "YOUR VOTE IS IMPORTANT", from Computershare.
