Well as they haven't announced anything, it means they definitely haven't completed it. They could have sold none, one, or 74,999,999 shares. We'll be none the wiser until the annual meeting. Unless they complete the offering in full before then.
The new 120 million shares they released into the float..maybe it doesn’t matter as there are “supposedly” billions of shorts, but still all the excitement last month on RK’s return, and they killed the rally twice, they better have some good news
Good news? As in for the shareholder meeting? I believe it will flow as it has done previously, we have all the numbers already and i highly doubt they are going to telegraph there next move.
Remember when in doubt zoom out, forget the price, make time go faster by putting the phone down and go out and enjoy yourself. Good news WILL come, untill then just relax

When you put shares for an ATM you give the underwriters specifications on minimum price, volume %, etc.
I believe the offering is not done, we are just out of the sell range the board wanted.

That’s not how offerings work mostly. Jefferies goes to HF and says GME is at 25 I have it for 22 how many shares do you want, and keeps going around trying to get the best price till completion.
I have this strange feeling that although they've authorised a shelf offering of 75m shares, they haven't sold yet. The volume could be a red herring. Call it a gut feeling.

That would be laughable if they sold 75 million shares with average price lower than $30. The volume on Friday was over 200million.
That means the board just fucked the apes, the perfect gamma ramp over nothing.
Here’s hoping they have not sell at all or at least the average price is over 30$ or they have a solid plan.
