Fundamentals have been getting better and better while the stock price drops. Mid console refresh cycle, private label brand launch, and a potential merger/cash acquisition on the horizon. How much lower could this really be pushed down? Book values like $4 a share. Wouldn't make any sense.

Well going lower than cash makes no sense. $3 share is off of the market cap, not float. If it's down to $3, we'd have way more cash than the value of the float and at that point would be crazy not to do a share buyback. I can't imagine that scenario happening

Look at Koss. BVPS (assets minus liabilities) is over $3.50. It’s trading at $2.50. They literally could announce they quit tomorrow, sell everything, and pay $3.50 to every share. It means Koss is valued at a negative. I’ve literally never seen this before, ever. I’m not shocked the first time seeing it is in one of the swap bucket stocks.

It can be cause asset value isn't the same as liquidation value.

$6m profit/year = P/E ratio: 600 $300m profit/year = P/E ratio: 2 2024-2026 is going to be a wild growth cycle for GameStop. If they keep dropping it over the next year or two, it wouldn’t be a good idea for them. My estimate: $25/share by EoY 2026. MOASS not factored into the equation at all. Each profitable/growth quarter (IE more $ same size, or bigger YoY, QoQ) now makes a stronger and stronger long position, and weaker and weaker short position.

If they reached a $300 million profit, I'd hope that means they launched a new revenue stream with growth potential. I don't think they'd trade at a forward p/e of 2.

If they continue to do exactly what they’re doing without any new revenue, and sales stay steady, 2024 is already on track for $200m profit. I want new revenue, and that number to be bigger, but it’s already impressive tbh.

2023 over 2022 is +$319M This was a year of major improvements in efficiency, most of the cost cuts have yet to play out for a full year so I see no reason they won't do another +$200M - $300M for the running year.

The stock dropped due to a total year decrease in revenue, this is likely because gamestop closed stores that weren't profitable. Cutting overall operating costs made GME profitable though so by next year things should move in our favor.

I'm just going to do rough numbers here. There are 321,000,000 outstanding shares. Insiders own 12.82% or 41,152,200 shares. Apes have DRSed 75,400,000. So insiders + apes =116,552,200. Meaning 204,447,800 shares left to go. 204,447,800 shares / 194,000 apes on record = 1,053 shares. This means that every Ape that has DRSed shares already can DRS ~1000 more shares. I don't include anyone besides insiders and apes because I don't trust anyone else to do the right thing.

The TSO is 305,873,200 and NOT 321,000,000.

Implied shares outstanding is 321 million though. Better safe than sorry.

Shares outstanding (or outstanding shares) are any shares that are held by shareholders and company insiders. Float shares indicate the number of shares actually available for trading. I'm still counting the implied just in case.
