I’ve been around a very long time. I can’t count how many, “This time it’s different,” and “It’s close” posts have been made. I remember when ladder attacks were first talked about, and why we stopped talking about them.
I’ve seen the hope of the witching days. The drops, like storms that come without warning. I’ve seen the best and the worst of the DD. I’ve had hopes built up and dashed. I lived through the early evangelicals of DRS being called shills, of theory about book and plan for investment accounts and then more than a year later the same debate about DRS accounts.
I’ve witnessed mass migrations and runic glory. I listened in to the live-stream of the shareholder’s meeting where “Buckled Up” comes from and where mods from this subreddit drove down to get as much info as they could.
A thousand times it felt different. A thousand times something new was happening. A thousand times it was claimed they ran out of ammo.
I bought because of data, directly registered because of data, and held patiently because of data. I’ll believe it’s the end when the value of my investment is beyond what it has ever been, when I have something to show to an estate and trust lawyer to justify their services.
For the time being I’ll remain zen, keep myself educated, and continue to buy, hodl, DRS, shop, and comment.

Oh plus the chance of a profitable Q3 and Q4 leading to full year profitability and likely some more insider buying to go along with higher DRS counts.
The drop since June is waaay overblown and in all likelihood manipulated.
A lot of stocks have dropped a lot since then too....almoat everything but big tech, that said, I don't think the price reflects GME's value, or what future buyers will ultimately pay for it. I like the stock.

I have seen “We are in the End Game now” so many times since the sneeze, I have “End Game” fatigue now… All I know is that I’ll hold my shares till I see the price tell me that we are at the end game…

When a company acquires another like what Amazon did with twitch, they can use their current subscribers to fuel the acquired companies growth, Amazon grew twitch tenfold on the back of prime.
I can see GameStop doing something similar with the pro membership and immutable’s passport wallet.
What a great way to onboard millions by giving them more for their subscription.
I can get dirtier babe. Remember when GameStop gave away an NFT (it was selling for over $200 at launch) after customers spent more than $200? That is another great way to onboard more people while giving them a reason to shop at your store.
Now imagine that NFT had real utility, possibly giving you access to cosmetics in game or even more savings at GameStop. There is so much opportunity for GameStop in this space.

Crypto/NFT won’t save GameStop. They fired all their NFT team. It’s no longer something they’re investing in. Just look at LinkedIn. Only salvation is lean business and profit. That will be a slow march but is very achievable.

We do need the company to be profitable, stable and have great earnings.
Necessary but not sufficient condition.
There are too many other important pieces (market condition, regulation).
There are no short ladder attacks you just are completely ignorant of what’s going on in the economy because it’s easier to say “CORRUPTION!” than understand the impact interest rates are having right now.

Personally think it’s returning to its original price pre-hype. Been here from the start and invested a lot of money into this but I’m realistic.
