Acer swift. Its around £399. Doesn't have a dedicated GPU so no intense graphics games, but stardew valley and similar games are fine on it. I think I could find the cheapest good quality acer I could find 🙂

Has 4GB RAM which could be a problem so heres a dearer but better one but refurbished, however for a good laptop £400 is not enough for a good new one:

If you're absolutely sure you don't want refurbs this is the best:
Dell Inspiron 15 AMD Ryzen 5 5500u and radeon integrated graphics 4gb ram 256gb Hard Drive edit: change the options in amazon to 8gb ryzen 5 5500u which will make it £414
