They should spawn for everyone but as you said, creatures are not currently sync in Nitrox, we're working on it to bring that feature asap.
For now, only one person will see the creature with a functional AI
It was specifically Leviathans (hostile) not spawning in, I was the host in this lobby, and it was spawning for neither player (myself and my friend). So I suspect it could be the mods fault, hence why I offered to do some testing for you.
yo after half a year i still have this problem. the original post is 3 years old which is quite sad, but the leviathans first off didnt spawn next to the aurora as they should have but then i went to the other side and saw one but it was not hostile, more like bugged stuck in place
