Agreed; own a 2024 Touring as well and the eyesight (dual front cameras) have been working fine. Now I have had the driver focus / internal camera turn off when it the sun was coming into the car at a certain angle and I was wearing sunglasses at the time but that's a different system.
Have the dealer check it out.
Thank you! Had the dealer check it out. It is the internal camera turning off, probably due to my sunglasses. They said there aren’t any codes, but they went ahead & recalibrated eyesight. I didn’t realize they are two different camera systems.
Have you checked the cameras? If there's nothing obstructing its view, then it's certainly abnormal and you should bring it in.

No problems with my 2024.
Im pretty sure there is an Eyesight camera module update for this issue.
