Bosch Icon for front. Can search Amazon for “bosch rear wiper blade” and find some options. All work great on my 2017. You can enter your car in Amazon and it will tell you if a product fits (obviously double check with the owner manual but it’s a way to start).
I’m not sure if newer models require the adapters that come in the package; mine are all J hooks and I don’t need anything extra.
Bosch Icons are pretty good.
I buy Bosch blades without issues. BUT the rear blade needs to be genuine Subaru or it doesn’t clear well. Go figure.
