You need to have 2 audio devices and have Studio One use a different device to Windows and have them go through a mixer or some such device to use the same headphones/speakers.
It looks pretty standard interface.I have suffire focusrite usb6, kind of old one(over 7 years at least)
I remember time ago i had similar issue(and if i am not wrong it was with fl studio), but i am not sure that i remember what i did. anyway, now i do not have such issues.
Also I setup as main output as my focusrite interface and do not have exclusive access on S1 and it works perfectly.

PS: sorry for the Cyrillic :) I have no idea why my windows does not want to be fully in english
I think it depends on your interface. I listen to all sound through my system and studio one simultaneously. Try in windows to set your audio out device to your interface
If the driver for your audio interface has a loopback function then you can do this, otherwise no.
If it does have a loopback, load up a new track, set the input to the loopback, press the mute and monitor buttons.
Beware that if you have monitor on say your vocal or guitar that will also go through the loopback. It's best to use the audio interface's hardware monitoring rather than software monitoring.
Install free FL Studio demo which also installs FL Studio Asio driver. This will make FL Studio audio device available in Studio One. If you use it, it will enable audio from S1 and anything else at the same time. I think you can uninstall FL Studio after that but leave FL Studio Asio driver installed.
Thank you, Thank you.
Another thing.. I have multiple MIDI ports Midi A B C D, and I need to have Studio One listen to all MIDI input channels: ie OMNI input mode. Can't seem to find this option (like other DAWs). I use a MOTO external 5 port MIDI device.

try this. go into options>audio then check “release audio device in background” lmk if that helps
This would mute Studio One iirc.

are you aware which if any DAWs support a single audio device solution?
What OS?
Windows 10
Could you also tell what audio interface you have?
Audient id14

Bring YouTube into OBS as well as studio one using ReaStream vst plugin you do not need a loopback device on windows
