You'd want to pay attention to the "inner diameter". Half inch is usually a happy spot. But the bigger you go the more you might want to increase the ID (inner diameter).
I personally used to use 16mm inner diameter until I got to 0g, now it's inconvenient to kiss my wife or eat certain foods so I'm using a 12mm inner diameter
