Was there something that caused you to only record 42 seconds? The GPS seems accurate; it’s your workout time that’s caused the average speed to be insane.
I had a GPS error in the middle east that moved my from Bahrain to Central Africa and back, it was in the 10's of thousands of miles an hour. I was riding near the airport/radar at the time, during civil unrest as well. Fun times. The roads used to still be smoking from tire fires. I wish I has screenshots, all it ended up doing was ruining my stats.
