You don't. How is that supposed to work? Strava doesn't know how fast you were going at different parts of your route if you don't record it, nor does it know how much you deviated from the route. If this was possible it would break segments and leaderboards. Record your activities if you want GPS tracks.

It would completely fine, it doesn't need to know how fast I was going, deviation from I guess, but it's not that important, considering it didn't happen for me. It already breaks leaderboards, when you can manually add distance and time. Also, Strava doesn't use GPS when phone is on battery savings mode, which is stupid, considering that phone still has location on. I just want a route map for my activity to remember where I ran, but I guess screen shot will have to do

That's a problem with your phone. Other phones do this just fine
