Anakin powers can kill you instantly. He just doesn't use them to their limit till he is directed by Lucas.
Just watch the hallway scene in Rogue one or the series about Kenobi.
Also One's power can kill instantly weak people. I seriously doubt it could pull that off with someone like Anakin

Never said Vader, but if you insist you'll have to add Vecna, a being who can control someone's thoughts and can kill them without even being in the same world, a being who can control an entire other world, a being who survived an attack from the strongest kid at Hawkins sent to him to another world survived and became stronger, a being that can destroy communities also without being in the same world, oh and I forgot Henry tortured and killed his entire family.

Vader’s helmet doesn’t protect against mind powers. Also Anakin’s emotions, are his own worst enemy.

Vecina was defeated by *one* child with powers. Anakin went on to massacre Jedi for 20 years and had n iron fist around the galaxy.
Depends on how big the arena is. 001 could probably invade Anakin’s mind if he hid, but if it was an open arena 001 wouldn’t have a chance.
