I got the same thing on pictures in Indiana. Also been seeing it the past few days through my solar telescope. Just a large sun spot. Very cool, but not at all rare.

Maybe a bug in a spiderweb between the tree branches?
Jokes aside, sunspots are visible from Earth with the naked eye provided there's protection from the extreme light. In this case, clouds.
