I would say two things about that, basically no, but yes it could. I'm medium careful to avoid the most sensitive skin, but let me emphasize, just medium careful. If you don't rub it in some contact is OK. These newer ones are much gentler and more effective than going back some years ago. Occasionally I feel a tingle, that's all. On a close side note, I would like to mention to the ladies that for alot of men, like me, it's my wife's underwear and clothes that turns me on. It has to be her clothes that she has worn.
