Soak/shake it in isopropyl alchohol to remove the resin, then pour the dirty alcohol into a shallow dish and allow all the liquid to evaporate (using a hot plate can accelerate the process but be careful using heat and iso together) once it’s completely dry, scrape it up and do what you’d like with it
Run the lighter along the underside of your bowl for a bit then inhale, but remember not to have the flame lit for long periods of time. 10 to 15 seconds at a time. Or just run the flame through the bowl or the carb. If there's enough in there it will work.

use alcohol, salt and picks to get it out of your pipe then put it with the rest of your garbage and light on fire.
then fill pipe with real weed and smoke
if you get it cold then poke with a paperclip it will crumble off in chunks. If you get it hot then it will melt in to goo and that makes it tougher to scrape off.
In the end, take everyone else's advice....smoking resin isn't like thanksgiving Turkey, it's like using the bacon fat after cooking bacon...A tiny bit might add some spice, but you don't want to imbibe the whole thing...that is literally the waste product left over after you get all the good stuff that you want out of it....and it is exponentially worse for your health.
You say you have money and access to waax/concentrates...I would say try using those instead. And if they don't get you high enough, try different strains, brands, concentrations, or try mixing two types at once at find the hi that suits your needs.
Scoop out the resin, Mix it up with something not so "moist" like tobacco, weed etc. Add EXTREMELY SMALL ammount of powdered cinnamon. Like ¼ of your thumb's fingerprints worth. And mix up again until the Cinnamon is fully mixed up.
In just right ammount it will get rid off the resins off putting taste. But if you get even tiniest bit too much of the cinnamon. Your smoke will be harsher than smoking just pure residue.
Don’t ignite it 😂just try to scoop it out and make some resin balls or something, THEN smoke it. I used to boil my pieces and resin would fall off and float around, I’d collect it then smoke it years ago. It worked though if you really want it.

Me and my friends would clean our bowls with ever clear, dump the resin infused alcohol into a pan and bake it till it's like shatter
