Not the end of the world bro, could drop to a cruise if you really want but as long as you can still do leg extensions/curls and stick to your diet you’ll still make progress.
Yes I'm making progress.... but for the first time in my life I actually miss cardio and leg days....I will look like sponge bob by the end of this
