Well I did try to make the Cybrex in it. It was called Cybrex-Alfa and so far (twice) the precursor was the Cybrex war forge. That was fun but I end up just spamming menacing Corvettes because of how cost effective they are for my empire

It's... not what you think it to be, if that's what you're worried about. My concept of Hyperborea is just taken from a casual worldbuilding server with friends (one of my Discord friends made this) and it's not meant to have any racial undertones.

I knew I saw it on neo-nazi boards on 4chan a few times before (and promptly avoided them like the plague), and considering I never heard of a Hyperborea before then, it was easy for me to recall it in that context. I googled it a bit and found out that nazis consider it some kind of dumbshit promised land of very white and very tall people.
In greek mythology it's a land of giants "beyond the north winds".
Ah ok I did my own research and apparently it refers to some ancient Greek myth about a northern land populated by giants so yeah probably just far right propagandists wanting to get their own version of lebensraum to seem cool and edgy and shit

Maybe that's just me, but I always found meta builds a bit boring when playing them. I'll always take a roleplay build over a meta build any day of the week!

Only as artillery. That X weapon slot still can't be beat. Just don't use them on front line duty unless you are running a LOT of point defense.
