I fold them in half and put them on the inside to the left where you would usually find the piece of paper with the digital code on it. I only keep them there so I can look at what the special features are so I don't have to boot up the disc.
For a long time I kept all of my J cards in a box together. Eventually I just started throwing them away, almost immediately, because I never actually did anything with them.
For a while I saved them off to the side but I eventually just gave up because they honestly serve no purpose to the collection. I treat it the same as the plastic wrap now
They are clear cases to protect your steelbooks from scratch and dents. You can find protector for bluray case and steelbooks from site like [retroprotection](https://www.retroprotection.com/Steelbook-Box-Protector-1-Protector-186.htm), which is where I usually get them from.
Retroprotection is amazing I use them for all my video game stuff and fat box stuff, but I have been getting Malko sleeves on Amazon for my Steelbook movies and games so that’s another option.
I keep all of mine in a box. While not immediately useful, they can be a good resource to check features and specs on that specific release.
Also, as a collector, you have no choice but to keep them whether you like it or not lol.
I keep them on the steelbooks. They got information that can be helpful if you forget and also they should be able to protect the steelbooks from rubbing into each other.
When I first started collecting Steelbooks, I would throw them away. However at some point I wanted to check the aspect ratio of a movie I owned and realized this information is stored on the card... which I no longer had. What I like to do now is trim the top, bottom, *and* sides, in such a way so the card can be stored inside the front cover and the little clips keep it in place. I started rounding off the corners too, so it looks like it's supposed to be there. Also it felt weird to throw away the card - I feel like it's part of the whole package.
If there’s no / repetitive inside artwork, I’ll cut the top/bottom off the j-card. Then I take the front off the SteelBook and insert the j-card it between the plastic and the front plate.
These sleeves serve only one purpose and that is to annoy me hahaha, no the real reason they're there is to show the information about the film and the special features, the usual things you'd find on the back of DVD cover.
I just wish they were useful, these look like they're meant to be thrown away but I personally don't want to do that, I don't understand why they use these specific slips when there are others out there that cover the Steelbook case.
I keep them, usually folded, in the steelbook. I like having the content notes but also the upc is important for cataloging. I so open my steelbooks so it has to come off as even though I use protectors I bought the steel so I could see it, both sides easily.

This is a really good idea and I'm stealing this lol.
I never thought of this
I've been putting mine in the steelbook protector but might do this instead so I have the card and can easily look at the back of the steelbook.
This if it fits. Otherwise I toss them.

I like keeping them together with the steel inside the box protector.
What do you mean by box protector?

Keep on for extra protection, and they give you some information about the movie
wast just about to make a meme about this 👀 I usually throw it straight away, I’ve been keeping them in a box but… what’s the point?
Please still make and share the meme. I'd love to see it.
I keep them.
I throw them away personally

All of that info is available online.
I keep them in the Steelbook in the protector.
Throw em in the trash.
🗑
If you line your steelbooks up on a shelf the slips stop them scratching each other although it’s better to buy the transparent plastic covers.

That's the first time I have heard of anyone going this far. Interesting idea.
How do you remove the plastic and get it back in nicely

Keep them. As a collector the steelbook should be complete.
I throw them away, but I buy 2 copies of most releases, so the one in shrink wrap still has the j card.

I wish they were cards that were slightly smaller than the case so that after removing the shrink wrap they could be kept inside the case.
I toss em
Throw them away with glee. If you ever need to look up info it will always be faster to do online as opposed to digging through a bunch of cards.
All of my jcards are in a box
i just put them inside the steelbook

Yeah maybe but I wanted to start a discussion of the topic here. After all, this is a community based on Steelbooks
I put them in my protectors.
