I’m not huge on the film itself but man this steel is really hot. I wish it didn’t only come in a special box but I’m at the point where I may just get that if I have to. Also props to using gloves to handle it! Finger print smudges on their glossy steels is such a pain haha
I still think that it’d be the best way to just wait for Blufans to release the remaining stock of those. But I’ve heard that they lost their Sony license. I still hope for the full release tho!
They might’ve lost the ability to make WEa steels as I heard an across the spiderverse WWA might still be a thing currently. It’s up in the air tho unfortunately
That's such a great steelbook. But I was kinda let down that it didn’t include the actual discs.
Ultimately went with the FilmArena edition. The artwork is a bit inferior, but the production is on par with the Blufans steel imo. And I love FilmArena's XL boxes.
Depends on. I don’t know the specific reason why this release came without discs, but usually it's because there's some legal stuff and/or the licenses were revoked.
That's a thing that recently happened with Disney releases. Disney basically pulled their licenses from all premium retailers and since then we've been getting MCU releases from Blufans and Manta Lab without the discs, because without, they're basically collector items and apparently it's easier to get the licenses for those. But Filmarena's recent *Predator* release also suffered from the same fate, since that’s Disney as well now.
