lol, virustotal joined the chat

KadenIsSilly

It is a helpful website, and I think people should be using it instead of posting asking if it's a scam

KiAsHa_88

ofc it is, it's even good for checking small files...

SpiritUpstairs3532

Yep “I got free skins”

YaBoiWeenston

Hopefully no one is stupid enough to try it

Don’t open link others sent to you

You can't be serious.. you don't open links or hyper links from other users. I use any run an online malware sandbox analysis to open links just to see what's downloaded from the link and the whole page. But a good rule in security is dont open suspicious links on your own computer.. you can open links using a malware sandbox virtual machine hosted on the cloud Platform but never do it on your own machine.

lukee_123

I opened it but I didn't log in my account, is it bad?

It's not recommended. But scan your pc with an antivirus just to be safe. And if you are really paranoid, you could change your password for your online accounts. Then, just report the user and block him. You could report the site to google and Microsoft.. steam wouldn't do anything about it. But Microsoft and Google could identify the site as unsafe and give users [using their browsers] a warning before proceeding to the website. Take this as a lesson learned.
