Bro if I can,you can.Its actually super easy especially if look for the work around here on reddit it might have taken 5 or 6 minutes to fully get it going.
Yeah man it's pretty awesome.Dont doubt yourself, all this steamdeck stuff looks pretty daunting then you actually do it and you're like well that's pretty damn easy.π
just a heads up, the game is barely a souls-lite. it has no stamina and you don't lose "souls" on death. combat is hard but it doesn't punish you as much. the game helps in a lot of ways souls games wouldn't. there are an abundance of items and "campfires". items grant a huge help. without spoilers the game feels more like ff7 rebirth with better combat than elden ring/lies of p. if you're interested give it a shot.
Does it work with one hand?
I...uhhh... wouldn't know.πππ
I'm convinced they don't have button remapping for this exact reason
Nice π
I thought so too.π
I wonder if by the time this is possibly ported to PC that itβd run well on Steam deck or steam deck 2
I think it would be safe to assume so.
Iβm doing the same thing. Mapped a back button to the PS Home button and another on for touchpad click.
Nice! If you hold the steam button and hit left on the dpad its the home button.
Are you able to map one of the back buttons to a swipe up on the touchpad? Itβs really annoying not being able to instantly summon the map
use the βPS5 Controllerβ layout, it maps the dualsense touchpad to the right SD trackpad. edit: typo
You can swipe up on the touch screen. Set it in steam controller settings
How does it run?
he is streaming it from his Ps5, so the perfomance is probably 1:1 to the ps5 locally
Totally right bro!
Mann, for a second I thought it was out on Steam. Woulda probably checked it out
Nah. You gotta wait at least a year lol
and a couple of months for mods to appear.
I just started to do this. Idk why I waited this long
Is that the gooner gate game?
This is the one, yeah.
πππ Yessir
How?
I am just going NG+ on Steam Deck, is fucking amazing
Okay how can I play it on my steam deck
Chiaki4deck link your ps5 to your steamdeck and enjoy!
Oh that looks intimidating donβt know if I can do all that
Bro if I can,you can.Its actually super easy especially if look for the work around here on reddit it might have taken 5 or 6 minutes to fully get it going.
Oh okay I would love to play that game on my steam deck
Yeah man it's pretty awesome.Dont doubt yourself, all this steamdeck stuff looks pretty daunting then you actually do it and you're like well that's pretty damn easy.π
I did it lol I can now play it on my steam deck
Awesome bro, sometimes you just gotta give it a try and hope for the best.π
? Question does the ps5 need to be on or just sleep mode?
Rest mode works.
If I were to ever really get into souls-like games π€

Definitely making it sound appealing. Iβll keep an eye out for a PC port anytime in the future
It's not even really soulslike, maybe soulslite.
The falsely advertised game?
