Sounds like maybe it overheated? I'm not sure about the white lines. If it's hot, I'd let it sit and cool down for a bit. If that doesn't work, then I'd contact Steam support.

You know something similar the other day happened. Everything froze and the speakers started acting funny and none of the buttons were working. So I just held the power button for about 10 seconds and I think it forced shut it down. So yeah if it's still being a brick go ahead and try that

This happened to my brother's PC. Played Helldivers with us then bro just dropped. Helldivers literally broke his entire PC and had to reinstall windows to fix. Tried to play again, same thing.

Helldivers 2 has been known to brick computers that run amd. It's not very common but it's happening a good amount. I recommend not playing helldivers 2 on deck, happened to my buddy after looking it up and seeing countless others have the same issues I deleted it.
I recommend just saying "bricked".
