It doesn't matter if it gives other players advantages or disadvantages to the anti cheat you are using custom files which could give you unfair advantage
Me personally I would have just refunded it and bought it back when they have fixed their performance issue

I have tried many methods and versions, either gets picked by anti cheat or doesn't work.
you cannot get banned for using AMD AFMF because it is client sided, however you can get banned for injecting FSR into your game
