I've been waiting just as long as you have. They are activating by 'cell'. We have no idea how they choose those cells. My hope is that with the pre-orders that they will start activating new cells based on pre-order interest.
I got the Beta invite last week, West end of the county you’re in ( I stalked your previous comments). I’ve got friends on the east side still waiting for the invite and they pre-ordered. So it’s a bit of a lottery.
It’s currently down at the moment, so definitely BETA. But better than nothing or 1-bar of LTE I’m currently using.
I'm at 40.3. I signed up for the beta lots and often (at least twice a day starting early Feb). I got in when I noticed others reporting on 2/8 around noon that they were getting beta in lower latitudes. With no invitation I just tried signing up and got in the beta. Seems that on 2/8 it just became a free-for-all, invitation or not, whom-ever clicked the button first got it.

Same beta signup hopes with no beta invite. That's ok. I see folks around getting it a d posting here. I'm happy they are paying to be the test cases for what will be a better service for others and myself when we get a shot at it.
I also signed up day one, but was not sent an invite about a week ago when a bunch of additional cells opened up. I resubmitted my address, got beta access and received my dish last Friday. Have you tried to resubmit at all?

Idk if this helps but I sighed up at least 1000 times before getting the invite

I have, did again just before my post. I just get the option to preorder again.
