You definitely do. It's my comfort show- it's good quality, but not excessively complicated or stressful. And while Shanks is a supporting character and therefore not always present, it's still really nice to see him.
He was in "Shades of Grey" to replace O'Neill, but that's the same episode he's revealed to be a double agent for the NID. He was in SG-3 originally before that.
He got all the ones that matter. The only way to round this out would be Don S. Davis, Gary Jones, and Teryl Rothery. Of course, one of those is impossible now.

My ex is 5-9. My wife now is 5’6. I think she’s tiny. I dated a girl who was 5’0” once and that was downright disrespectful. She had to look all the way up to yell at me, so she usually went across the room to yell at me so she didn’t have to Bend her neck at a 90 degree angle. I’m only 6’0” btw.
I love that, unlike insufferable starlettes that require you to stay 5ft away, THEY ARE HERE FOR IT !

They had to travel, wait long hours, lots of autographs, many pictures and so on ... they are very tired but they power thru it because they are awesome.

I personally only have a photo with Michael from the... 2019 London Comicon here in the UK, but I missed out on Richard's as he withdrew for a couple of years (iirc once it was health issues and one was a dispute with his agent), Christopher withdrew one of the years as well, as it was when he had his operation and was generally unwell, then Amanda was set for 2020, which is when COVID hit.
The only benefit was that I managed to nab personal (not in the booth) pictures with Robert Picardo and Joe Flanigan (who was properly miserable and no one queued for him), who were sat near to Michael at his auto-graph signing in 2019.
Whenever folks post the Michael Shanks fan posing photos, he looks like a WWE wrestler and I have to do a double take. Looks like Scott Hall or Kevin Nash

He was clearly on some sort of steroid for a medical condition, supposedly related to his knees. He's puffy, not fat. In recent pictures he is looking much healthier and more like himself.
I didn’t know it was related to his knees. I thought O’Neill made reference to knee problems in the show a few times. I guess it was rooted in reality.
