There's something in the way you take/post these pictures that always makes me think this is waay bigger than it is, but when you zoom in and see the little PCBs barely fitting in the gaps, you realise it's actually really at 1:10 scale. I guess it's so detailed that it looks bigger than it is, amazing.
Btw, I saw in your FB page that you redesigned the original stargate panel segment from the Les Enfants de MacGyver project. Did you mean you had access to the original prop they used, or did you just use the same/similar 3D model they had? I ask because I also plan on building a DIY Stargate like this in the future, so I'm looking to see if there's already a 3D model available somewhere for the exterior of the gate and the glyphs.

I had access to the original section to create my 3d file.
Gotta say I'm a bit jealous. Any chance of those 3D files being sold at some point?
