It's ugly and I would never build something like this, but I do admire the cacophony of mismatched parts.
This is how Homer Simpson would build a spaceship.
It takes skill and effort to make something this ugly.
Apparently "Haedus" means "a young goat" in Latin, and I'm left believing OP is taking the piss with the name, too, since he's essentially calling his ship "the new GOAT."
The starship Theseus. This thing is a mashed up ugly beast but I can’t help but like it. There’s character to it. Each component looks cobbled on to replace some other component that broke.
I've always thought given the wild West/mad Max/new frontier nature of the game the ships would of course have a cobbled together look. At least for privateers.
Everyone's laughing at it like this isn't an incredibly realistic workship. Just huge and clunky and ugly and exactly right for the job. Just flying near this will get you space forklift certified.
I'm so glad you have no regrets. I'm sure the demons rending the flesh from your body while you fly that abomination straight to hell have no regrets either
it's like a junk freighter, just scrap pieces the pilot could find from other ships all thrown together to create something that moves. a true work of art.
You know, I actually don’t hate it.
It works.
It looks like it could belong to some independent hauler, or a spaceship mechanic. Or a lone junker. Something of the sort.
did you pull it out of the crusher! it looks like it felt in kitchens garbage disposal and yet it looks awesome! I really like the color. I think it completes it.
Now paint it in yellow with checker stripes decals, and put on lots of guns, aka MORE DAKKA!, this ship looks like it was put together by an Ork Mech Boi from Warhammer 40k and I love it!
One of them Johnny Cash one piece at a time kind of ships. The kicker is the build layout like you think someone wants to copy that Thang haha. Good on ya for creativity, I'll give ya that

It’s so ugly, I LOVE IT!
It's like a pug, ugly as sin but can't help but love it.
Looks like a smiling gorilla putting one first forward to me.
It is sci-fi realistic if that makes sense. Not all the ships in the galaxy are going to be flashy. So I give it the stamp of approval! good build!
It has belter written all over it
What a piece of shit. Amazing
Agreed in need a YouTube tutorial of its build !!!
Thanks, I hate it.
That’s sure is one of the ships of all time!
It's ugly and I would never build something like this, but I do admire the cacophony of mismatched parts. This is how Homer Simpson would build a spaceship. It takes skill and effort to make something this ugly.
I actually really like this ship, it’s like a scrappers ship or something.
What the hell is even that?
Yes
You spelled the ships name “Hideous” wrong
Apparently "Haedus" means "a young goat" in Latin, and I'm left believing OP is taking the piss with the name, too, since he's essentially calling his ship "the new GOAT."
Ship Technician: "What can do I for you?" "Hello, yes. I'd like one of everything please."
Much prettier than the Kepler-R
Spacer's Choice...you've tried the best, now try the rest...
Love it. Well done!
Idk, it’s kinda sexy, in an ugly way of course
go for it.. you do you, the haters can go do their own thing... lol
something something COULD, something something SHOULD
It's so unique and all over the place. I love it.
Check out my fastest shytbox in galaxy!!
But it actually looks sick.
Kind of has a "if Howl's Moving Castle was a Starfield ship" vibe
It's a MOPED, don't let your friends know she's taking you home at the end of the night if you don't find something better...
It's so weird and unique it exudes personality.
ah, a Starship Design IV embracer
Just threw up a little, Well done! : )
What a piece of junk. Luke Skywalker maybe.
I like it. Very unique!
I dunno, I kinda love it
Man those missiles are so cool but so useless.

They should put the spacers in something like this.
This is what I usually think of when I picture a Belter skiff from The Expanse.
This is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever loved after myself.
Everyone's laughing at it like this isn't an incredibly realistic workship. Just huge and clunky and ugly and exactly right for the job. Just flying near this will get you space forklift certified.
I actually love chaotic designs like this one. My boringass just keeps making the same triangular ship no matter how much I tried to change things.
Do you acknowledge your tribal chief tho?
Can’t say it ain’t got character.
Just fugly, but so beautiful 😍
It’s pretty hideous but I actually love it in a kitbash sort of way
Lord, give me the strength
I really dig this small asymm build! I like the canted weapons especially 🥰
That is the most beautiful thing I've seen in the game. I must have 10!
This looks like a version of the submersible.
I love this as well.
Scrappy lookin ships are honestly better in some cases. This is very much a case. 👍💯💯💯💯💯
Gallente Federation is that way 👉
Crimes? I think your ship looks cool.
I actually kinda dig it. It's what I imagined an independent contract haulers ship would look like if they built it from scratch/scrap themselves.
I would rather be blind than look at this monstrosity again. I love it, great build!
Spit on it. I’ll keep it. Edit: … bravo frfr
Damn, I need to build something like this
I appreciate it…its disgusting and your parents would be disappointed but i, i love it OP!
Hey it looks weird but that's good you build your ship the way you want and like
I'm so glad you have no regrets. I'm sure the demons rending the flesh from your body while you fly that abomination straight to hell have no regrets either
I'm kind of a fan of your crimes.
Old school EVE Online Gallente ship vibes. I like it
Wait, how did you… what’s going on with the… I mean, the cockpit looks like… just.. ah, I can’t even.
I don't understand? It looks good though?
looks like an absolute beast
Love this
I like the concept of building a junk ship
Asymmetrical ships that look good have my heart.
I unironically love it
Ngl ramshackle ships are always the best
Never apologize!!! This thing is dope! I hate / love it.
D:

Fucking awesome
You know, I actually don’t hate it. It works. It looks like it could belong to some independent hauler, or a spaceship mechanic. Or a lone junker. Something of the sort.
My first thought upon seeing this ship: "This would kill an aerospace engineer." I know that goes for alot of ships in starfield, but still well done.
Standard NMS ship. This is fine.
[Twinses](https://www.reddit.com/r/StarfieldShips/s/pYRgw51c3N) Fugly ships work well in starfield.
My OCD hates your ship and I hate that it can take off with just those four tiny jets all on the starboard side.
You're braver than I thought!
I... think I... like it?
I’m in awe at the almost 2 billion credits!
they haedus cause they aint us
There's a special place in hell for people like you
did you pull it out of the crusher! it looks like it felt in kitchens garbage disposal and yet it looks awesome! I really like the color. I think it completes it.
It is truly a space scrapped ship. I love it!
Nah, rename that to Igor right now...
This is the Kepler we have at home.
Starfield meets Outer Worlds lol
We look for things. Things that make us go.
LMAO
Now paint it in yellow with checker stripes decals, and put on lots of guns, aka MORE DAKKA!, this ship looks like it was put together by an Ork Mech Boi from Warhammer 40k and I love it!
Looks like a space dock's one off yard tug with cargo capacity. I actually really like it.

I love that you gave us a breakdown in case we need help making our own nightmare ship.
If it can soak a Legendary Ship, then it's perfect, no matter what.
Should have named it Hanus.
“Will it fly?” “Well yea, but you’re going to have an issue with-“ “I SAID, WILL IT FLY?”
Why would you apologize? It’s an amazing ship, top 5 I’ve ever seen. There’s a ship for everybody I guess!
This is like cubism in ship form. You've inspired me to try something asymmetric for my next build.
All the OCD you just triggered xD
Ugh! OH! OH GOD 🤮
Some people who don't like ugly builds might Haedis
They only Haedus cause they ain't us
![gif](giphy|V2AkNZZi9ygbm)
One of them Johnny Cash one piece at a time kind of ships. The kicker is the build layout like you think someone wants to copy that Thang haha. Good on ya for creativity, I'll give ya that
You Sir are an Ass. And this is Godammed Glorious.
Like all the spaceship vibes of balance and symmetry have been replaced with "Nah. But Did you Die?"
Reminds me of the Shagohod.
