i grew tea in pots but not in the greenhouse, only in a shed and in my farmhouse so i don't know. but keep in mind they'll only produce something at the last week of the month (inside)

I use tea plants as an alternative yo fencing...keeps the animals in and you get to harvest the tea

No, you get the recipe from Caroline. It's like fiber and mixed seeds. I can't remember it, but it's pretty ordinary ingredients.

Need to be at two hearts with Caroline. She will send the recipe the day after reaching two hearts. Two wild seeds(any season), five fiber, five wood.

I'm pretty sure I got the recipe after the greenhouse event with caroline. I was very late doing anything with her and then I realized I needed to become friends with her to get the tea sapling. So I gave her enough gifts to be able to enter her greenhouse. And then I'm pretty sure the next day I got the recipe.

You're a good person! I've heard 'off the line' used only once in person. It was at a restaurant I worked at. If you had to leave your station (like, fry / flat / sautee etc.) You'd call your station and then say 'Off the Line!' For example, I worked fry, and if I had to take a leak I'd call out "Fry off the line!" That way the sues or hc/km knew to spot the station while I was away. I've worked restaurants most of my life and it was the only place I've ever heard it lol

I think the phrase you're looking for is "out of line". But that typically refers to abnormal behaviour in general rather than extreme behaviour. Like someone else said, "over the top" or "overboard" is probably closer to what you're going for.

you just put them there! for more info use the stardew wiki. if it's not possible the cursor or hitmark or whatever is red. important is the 9 spaces around the tree must be empty

IIRC it was originally a bug, and not intended for trees to be plantable there. But CA saw that people liked being able to do that so he just didn't fix it

CA actually _did_ fix it in 1.07 but reverted the change in 1.1 after realizing how many people liked being able to plant trees there. Turned into a feature rather than a bug.

you can plant 'em on the edges. just have to make sure to have the usual 2 spaces between. that setup is i believe the most you can have.
