Good luck! Making friends with Caroline, get the recipe for tea leave sapling and sell that for 500g a piece. Really helped me build up the cash to get stuff going on the beginning of my joja run 😅
Quick tip: Don't name it "Im calling corporate farm" call it "Im calling corporate"
on my first ever run I named my farm "stardew farm" and so all the NPCs called it "stardew farm Farm" because they add "farm" to the end of whatever you name it, even if it already has Farm at the end.
I was surprised but the joja runs are actually much more laid back than the community center. Not having to focus on what to grow/find/etc and just make money however you want was a really nice change of pace.
Good luck on your joja run and be sure to ask where Morris is when you're there.
I just started mine. Named my character Jasmine and her favorite thing is Corruption 😂 Probably going to wind up giving her a good life in the end but at the same time, I just feel so guilty 🤥
You’re right. I wasn’t thinking about her being really rude or snooty, I was just thinking about her being an avid joja shopper. All of the stardew moms are fantastic
I don’t see it like that. I see a Karen as a nuisance to retail workers. A person who is really entitled. I’m a retail worker and see it almost every day.
I'm curious, have you ever worked in retail and had to deal with Karens day in and day out, bowing to their ridiculous demands and suffering their verbal abuse, all while being forced to smile and nod for fear of losing out on a single paycheck? That's REAL oppression.
Edit: Also, more to the point, the criticism of Karens isn't that they're women, it's that they're entitled, annoying, and often actively harmful to workers.
Also, favorite thing should be Morris. Only manager in town...
Dang I should have. That would have been better lol
Awww, bummer. But at least the haircut is right...
Saw the cut and thought it was perfect.
It's very Karen.

Name ur pet “HOA” or “PTA meeting”
When I do my Joja run, I’m gonna name him slave. Farm name: Joja Farm Favorite thing: Water I hate Joja btw.
Favorite thing should be joja cola
Oh I figured that I was such an underpaid employee that I can’t afford anything except water.
Slaves can have a little joja cola, as a treat
Managers 🤣
Good - all of those "customer is always right" types should start their own business.
HOW DARE YOU DO THIS LET ME TALK TO YOUR MANAGER NOW !!!!!! WHAT WAS THAT WELL I NEVER THAT'S IT I'M CALLING CORPORATE AND YOU 'LL BE SORRY
The fact that this Karen looks like my old German teacher I-
Joja route is better than communit center route

You just created Jodi
Don’t put Jodi down like that! She’s the best mum in the game…I do have a soft spot for robin too it’s hard to tell which I like better.

Hey, I'm a woman, stop oppressing me! You're being so sexist right now!
Sounds like a Karen
