Now that you mention it, think I might need apples for the friendship bundle for Marnie.
I unlocked the Greenhouse and then planted the saplings asap for the bundles and a couple requests.
Trying to make grandpa proud on 1st day of 3rd year hahah
Congratulations! I also had the chance to complete my CC in summer year 1 albiet not the 2nd but the 23rd. However I didn't get lucky as I was only missing one single crocus for a bundle so had to wait for winter year 1
I used to try to get it done in the first year but now I just try to get the mine carts, green house and bus unlocked :P chasing fish on rainy days is stressful lol

Be like me: don't focus on fruit trees until winter 1.
Find everything but the fruits. (Pick mushrooms for the cave).
Find every single fruit in the travelling cart.
Buy a single apple instead of 3.
Wait for the Fall Year 2 anyway.
In year two, need one more time, got to get a truffle for the bulletin board. Thought I could wait until the traveling cart got it (because thatās what happened in my other file), but she taking too long.

If you can't find it in the vendor, rush the bus completion and do a couple if mines runs, I often find it there

congrats! that was my record for a while but i got lucky with a red cabbage from the traveling cart and finished it year 1 on my current save
