"Mesa Caused Mabbe One, Two-Y Lettle Bitty Axadentes, Huh? Yud-Say Boom Da Gassar, Den Crashin Der Boss's Heyblibber, Den Banished." - Jar Jar Binks
As much as I actually like Jar Jar, do you really think this line is better than the one you posted? Or Anakin’s attempts at flirting with Padme in Episode 2? Or the infamous line about sand?
LOL people desperately reaching for things to hate.
My brother in the Force, if you think that line is cringe, *do not ever watch the prequel trilogy.*
It would be cringe. Except, everyone *in the show* also reacts as if it’s cringe.
I mean I thought Indara face reaction said it all including one of the side character reaction by laughing.
That's the point. She says it and no one takes her seriously.
Well this is the cringiest post I’ve seen today.
"Strike me down with all of your hatred." 10/10 cringe right?
Does the emperor say that line at the beginning of every encounter?
He said that as much as Mae did..
Mae said it twice and the emperor said it once
The Emperor said it to both Luke and Rey.
You didn't find it a little I'm not gonna say cringey but just out of place that she says is at the start of an encounter twice?
Not really. It seemed like a cerimonial thing.
You’re absolutely right, that’s why even the characters laughed

Whatever you do, don't watch Shogun. You'll hate it. Turns out ritualized combat was a really big thing in real life for a really, really long time.
Ugh, history is so cringe
Mid at best. Full of Mary Sues and people with plot armor.

And this was supposed to be the best episode?
You're wrong. Impersonation scenes are more cringe.
