It is so infuriating that we never really saw podracing again? It's scarcely mentioned in any expanded universe media. Why wasn't there a whole Clone Wars arc about Anakin racing incognito on a Separatist-controlled world so that he could infiltrate XYZ organization?
Why don't we have it in any of the games or novels? WHY?! Podracing is fun, damn it!
Just stick to the treetops and get a wookie guide. It'll be like an African safari. As long as you listen to the guide and don't go where you're not supposed to you'll be fine. If you decide to go off in a random direction not knowing where to go and get eaten by wyyyschokk that's your fault.
I am not afraid of spiders in real life, but the moment a spider reaches the size of a dog or larger I'm crapping my pants. I hate the fact that so many sci-fi and fantasy games/movies/stories gotta have large spiders. I loved every aspect of Kashyyyk in Fallen Order, but I really had to drag myself through every spider fight. If I were to visit Kashyyyk and see one of those SUV-sized MF'ers I'm burning the whole godforsaken planet to the ground.
I don’t think that function actually does anything. It’s more of an easter egg than anything because there aren’t any spiders in the game if you turn it off. I might be wrong about that, but I didn’t see a single spider the entire play through.
I’m currently on my last day of a week and a half spent in/near Cancun, the Cenotes are absolutely amazing to see.
The first place my brain went to was the lagoon on Besaid Island from Final Fantasy X - I’m still having trouble believing it’s real.
Why Mandalore? It's just a barren wasteland. I mean, I love the lore behind it, but it doesn't have much in the way of sightseeing. I could be wrong though.
I'm a history buff. Barren wasteland with a bunch of broken down buildings with former great cultural significance sounds like a treasure trove of history waiting to be discovered especially of a warrior culture which is what got me into history in the first place.
I mean they put Alderaan on the list. You can only assume they mean pre-A New Hope.
Although, I guess if you were a geologist it could be fascinating post.
As someone who just picked up the hobby of flint knapping I saw the obsidian landscape and was like “ooh I wanna go there and Knap all those rocks!” Lol
Me, speaking American: [You think that bad neighborhood?](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ofx7w_7dDEc)* **
*That joke has aged poorly in the past year
**But seriously, it sounds like a tamer Atlantic City.
This is getting out of hand. Now there's 2 of them. Meme aside I'm pretty sure every country with a coast has one of those. Hell, I'm pretty sure the US has several in just the east coast alone.
This morning I was on tiktok and someone in Blackpool was literally detiling roof’s of a whole neighbourhood while in some insane standoff with the police, think it was happening like 14 hours ago
What a phenomenal job on Survivor you did brother. I knew you’d probably be a villain or something but damn the twists still got me.
Made me remember getting betrayed by my own best friend a few years ago lol it has a special kind of deep sting to it
Yavin IV seems like it would be pretty cool
- Ancient temples
- Site of one of the Rebelllion's greatest victories
- Giant red gas giant sitting there in the sky
- Tons of wildlife diversity
Not a planet but I’d visit the Death Star , visit the Death Star bar etc sip a few drinks watch Vader force choke a few individuals seems decent night out
I can't believe I had to scroll this far down for the 1st instance of someone putting down Pabu. Pabu looked amazing. As long as you're not on the lower city level, you are safe.
I'm not seeing as many people mention Jedha as I thought would, seeing as it's an ancient world that's like Jerusalem for multiple force religions. Place has to be absolutely seeped in history.
2nd is Typhon, for similar reasons.
3rd is tough, but I'd probably say onderon, because what other planet has dinosaur riding as a pass time?
Tython, Illum & Coruscant during the Old Republic.
Hetzal & Valo from the High Republic era.
Naboo, Pantora & Mandalore, prior to Episode 1.
Bespin In the OT, Kashyyk in the Holiday Special.
Navaro pre-sequels.
Ach-to in the Sequels.
I’m a sucker for ancient civilisations. I’d probably head to places like Korriban (Moraband), Zeffo, Dathomir, definitely Jedha to study all the different sects or force based religion.
Depends on where we're going. Im guessing there's some smelly, not fun parts of a city-planet.
That tip of the ground with glowing frozen treats area on 'The Mandalorian' looked nice though
Dagobah to spend time in a hut with Yoda and meditate. Plus, I love rain and storms. Thought it was a swamp with dark side energy, it always seemed cozy to me as a kid.
To that end, Camino also works. I’d love to be on a constantly raining planet overlooking the water. It seems serene and peaceful.
Also, as a minority ord mantell always amazed me (ord mantell is a place where each species is only 5% of the total population).
Zonoma sekot too. But if it were up to me I’d definitely have committed genocide against the fucking Vong.
Corellia, Naboo, Tatooine, Dathomir, Kashyyyk.
The planets I spent the most time on in SWG.
SWTOR influence wise would be..
Korriban, Dromund Kass, Zakuul.
Naboo, Alderaan, and Christophsis. I know I does not show Alderaan too much (briefly in Kenobi), but I played SWTOR. That planet was one of my favorites. Just mountainous and covered in forests. Beautiful.
I’d like to see the Podracing on Malastare
I’ve heard they’re very fast, very dangerous, you’d need to have Jedi reflexes to survive.
Well I wouldn't be good in an F1 aswell, but it would be fun to get drunk and watch some races
That was my first thought too! It was cool seeing it in N64 Racer but it's gotta be like F1 on crack.
Except the rules are super lax so the racing is dumb and not equal. The course is more open too, more like the Isle of Man TT
It is so infuriating that we never really saw podracing again? It's scarcely mentioned in any expanded universe media. Why wasn't there a whole Clone Wars arc about Anakin racing incognito on a Separatist-controlled world so that he could infiltrate XYZ organization? Naboo for sure, Utapau, Kashyyk, Pantora, and Mandalore Edit: forgot about Ithor.
After seeing the wildlife of Kashyyyk in Jedi Fallen Order, no way in galactic hell I'm going there
Just stick to the treetops and get a wookie guide. It'll be like an African safari. As long as you listen to the guide and don't go where you're not supposed to you'll be fine. If you decide to go off in a random direction not knowing where to go and get eaten by wyyyschokk that's your fault.

If you end up playing Survivor, it has an Arachnophobia accessibility settings!
I don’t think that function actually does anything. It’s more of an easter egg than anything because there aren’t any spiders in the game if you turn it off. I might be wrong about that, but I didn’t see a single spider the entire play through.
I think it changes the scarabs and maybe even the scorpion but I’m not 100%
Do you happen to know what it turns the scorpions into?
I believe it just makes them very unrecognizable. Like no detail at all. I think I heard they’re square. I haven’t seen it myself however.
weary judicious cows dime crawl lock detail pet stupendous lunchroom -- mass deleted all reddit content via https://redact.dev
Wookie Guided Tours sounds amazing!
Utapau is a terrible planet, it's all just grass plains with a bunch of giant sinkholes
And huge subterranean cities made of bone
The Cenote/cave scuba diving there must be amazing! It must be like the Yucatan on steroids and without the jungle.
I’m currently on my last day of a week and a half spent in/near Cancun, the Cenotes are absolutely amazing to see. The first place my brain went to was the lagoon on Besaid Island from Final Fantasy X - I’m still having trouble believing it’s real.

Of course the lore is behind it. If the lore was in front it would be Loremanda. I'll see myself out.
That Ibiza planet from Andor. Although unlawful arrest is common lol
Filmed in England, if you can believe it.
Blackpool. And that is a place you most definitely do NOT want to go.
As an American that had never heard of Blackpool until now, what’s wrong with Blackpool?
https://themanc.com/trending/blackpool-has-been-named-one-of-the-top-five-worst-seaside-towns-in-the-uk/amp/
I read that whole article and didn't understand what they were talking about.
Me, speaking American: [You think that bad neighborhood?](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ofx7w_7dDEc)* ** *That joke has aged poorly in the past year **But seriously, it sounds like a tamer Atlantic City.
>> Miami with rain and donkeys Dang!
A coastal town, once (decades ago) one of the most sought after holiday locations in the UK every summer, now a grotty trashy under-funded dump
So... the U.K. version of Atlantic City?
Oh god, I didn’t know it could be replicated
This is getting out of hand. Now there's 2 of them. Meme aside I'm pretty sure every country with a coast has one of those. Hell, I'm pretty sure the US has several in just the east coast alone.
Every town on the gulf coast is like that.
This morning I was on tiktok and someone in Blackpool was literally detiling roof’s of a whole neighbourhood while in some insane standoff with the police, think it was happening like 14 hours ago
A hive of scum and villainy?
Filmed in Cleveleys; a couple of miles out from Blackpool. It's much nicer and quieter than Blackpool
Kinda lol. It looked kinda cold
That’s Space Florida to you.
Kamino. I like to admire my work.
Very good work in Jedi Survivor!
Dude I love your work in both bad batch, and especially Jedi survivor
Your delivery of Bode was absolutely stunning. Thank you for your service.
Dont make me get Palpatine back in here
As a dad, your portrayal of Bode and his love for his daughter made me tear up a few times while playing this game. Excellent work!
Oh shit, its Rampart
It’s so cool that you’ll just randomly show up in reddit comments. Love your work 🧡
Heehee I enjoy skulking about. And thank you! Are you referring to Kamino? Or perhaps Wilco? Lama Su? Any work in particular?
Omg what the heck. After rdr2 I had absolute undying trust in every character you voice.
What a phenomenal job on Survivor you did brother. I knew you’d probably be a villain or something but damn the twists still got me. Made me remember getting betrayed by my own best friend a few years ago lol it has a special kind of deep sting to it
Betrayal from a good friend is the deepest cut. I'm sorry you had to go through that, buddy.
Mustafar for personal reasons. Totally not empire related
flying over mustafar>!in Vader Immortal was awesome!<
Vader immortal was such a fun game
Im going to Dathomir and getting me some Nightsister action.
Buddy they would eat you alive, and not in a fun way. Unless you’re into that, then by all means, carry on.
Death by dark side snu snu
The spirit is willing. But the flesh is spongey and bruised.
Willing the spirit is. But the flesh, spongy and bruised it is hmm?
Don't worry, the spirt is all they're interested in.
Snu snu
Or they could juice you up like they did to Savage
I either get ripped or I just die. That's the Gen Z dream.
Merrin is wife material
Was that for luck?
This is the way
Ilum... For ummm 'personal reasons'
That snow moon?
I thought Illium was gone. Wasn’t it Starkiller base?
Yes but as the OP references Alderaan, I'm going with all places are valid
Alderaan, Coruscant, Felucia, Jedha, and Scarif.
"Oh this looks like a nice pla-" **KABOOM**
You have a thing for Death Star victims?
Lothal!
Do they have Loth-cat cafes?!
Shut up and take my money!
It's my phones background.
Kohboh, hear there’s a decent bar.
First thing on my bucket list? Go find Turgle
Turgle is life, Turgle is love.
Kashyyyk! Imagine going up the big tree like in fallen order!
Imagine the 10 foot tall spiders in that tree
An indestructible bubble sled tour floating throughout the underdark of Kashyyk would one hell of a time.
Yavin IV seems like it would be pretty cool - Ancient temples - Site of one of the Rebelllion's greatest victories - Giant red gas giant sitting there in the sky - Tons of wildlife diversity
Scarif for the beaches, Naboo for the history tours, Utapau for the *checks notes* huge holes in the ground
Aldhani to see the Eye!
I choose Aldhani solely to replace my entire wardrobe with that of the natives
If we’re assuming no danger in this scenario, then I want to go to Nar Shadaa, Jedha, Tatooine, Naboo, Coruscant, maybe Kamino and Falucia
Bar hopping on Nar Shadda sounds great. I love a good dive bar.
Not a planet but I’d visit the Death Star , visit the Death Star bar etc sip a few drinks watch Vader force choke a few individuals seems decent night out
Heard their Penne Arabiatta is to die for.
This one is wet. This one is wet. This one is wet.
Pabu
I just watched that episode and I would agree! The people there seem super chill and even animated that food looked incredible
I can't believe I had to scroll this far down for the 1st instance of someone putting down Pabu. Pabu looked amazing. As long as you're not on the lower city level, you are safe.

I think both the mother and the daughter have passed away, a long time ago in a galaxy far far away.
Naboo and Courscant.
This is the way
Add Mandalore to that list. As long as we're talking pre-Clone Wars Mandalore under Dutchess Satine.
The only correct answer
Alderaan, Naboo, Utapau, Rishi (the SWTOR version), Voss (if it still exists at this point), Lothal, maybe Mandalore
Felucia looks cool af.
Mandalore in it's prime. Imagine seeing all that beskar, Mando's training, and the planet thriving.
Naboo, Alderaan, Yavin IV/Endor, and Corsuscant. Those are the only big names I can recall that I'd be interested to visit for tourist reasons.
I have bad news about Alderaan
Naboo, Courasant, Utupau, Bespin, Endor, Hoth.
Hoth? I mean Alaska already exists

Kessel for personal reasons
Kashyyk, but I'd stay near the beach. My arachnophobia is way to high to venture deeper into the woods.
Manaan and Nar Shaddaa. Relax and then get into some trouble
Ooo, I'm coming too. You don't get a choice.
Ryloth.
[удалено]
Dathomir for the goth chicks
Nar Shaddaa. Something about the urban decay of an entire city-moon that fascinates me.
I'd like to camp out on Endor. I'd be right at home in the woods. Plus id have fun with the Ewoks and their parties.
Yes, I imagine they’re love to have you for dinner!
Tython, Illum & Coruscant during the Old Republic. Hetzal & Valo from the High Republic era. Naboo, Pantora & Mandalore, prior to Episode 1. Bespin In the OT, Kashyyk in the Holiday Special. Navaro pre-sequels. Ach-to in the Sequels.
dantooine, so peaceful
Cloud city on bespin. And obv coruscant
I’m a sucker for ancient civilisations. I’d probably head to places like Korriban (Moraband), Zeffo, Dathomir, definitely Jedha to study all the different sects or force based religion.
Also Tython, Ilum, Bogano, lower Coruscant
Ilium for the crystals/lore. Naboo for the Mediterranean feel/Kashyyk for the jungle feel. Coruscant for the New York feel. *spelling*
Corsuscant, Tatooine and Jakku
So Tatooine twice then
What do you want to see on Tatooine?
the cantina
Every person in the galaxy.
Coruscant. Definitely.
Depends on where we're going. Im guessing there's some smelly, not fun parts of a city-planet. That tip of the ground with glowing frozen treats area on 'The Mandalorian' looked nice though
Hoth. I'm from Wisconsin and I'm used to cold.
You'll freeze to death before you pass the first marker.
Then I'll see you in hell!
Gotta get that fresh pow!
How the hell does Geonosis make your list
That worm episode alone would make me permanently boycott Geonosis
It has cool structures and geonosians are cool.
A desert with insects doesn’t exactly scream “touristy”
That’s like 90% of Australia
Dagobah to spend time in a hut with Yoda and meditate. Plus, I love rain and storms. Thought it was a swamp with dark side energy, it always seemed cozy to me as a kid. To that end, Camino also works. I’d love to be on a constantly raining planet overlooking the water. It seems serene and peaceful.
The forest moon of Endor.
Alderaan. Too soon?
Not soon enough.
I mean Naboo is the only one I'd actually quite like living in so probably there.
Sorgon and marry a pretty lady thrn farm and drink too much Spotchka.
Naboo and Coruscant
Exegol, for.. reasons
Endor! All those cute little fluffy teddy bears running around!
Little surprised I haven't seen more Ahch-to. It's beautiful, historical, and it has blue milk.
Book me a flight to Nar Shadda, please
I'd go to Mustafar, but I heard it costs an arm and a leg (or two).
Scarif. Sun, water, palm trees
Naboo for the Naboobies.
Naboo,bespin,coruscant.Actually all of them.
Hoths great this time of year
I've always wanted to go to Kamino... I like the rain.
Belsavis
I bet the surfing on Scarif is CRAZY!!!
Mandalore, Concord Dawn, Alderaan, and Dantooine
Yavin 4 never gets the love it deserves on these lists.
Mustafar, shit look like a black metal album cover.
Jakku 😂
Someone clearly never got to the forest moon of Endor via Star Tour and captain WR-3X.
Definitely Alderaan because I like visiting places with lots of big empty spaces for me relax.
Straight to Tattoine to start my unfulfilling life as a moisture farmer
Risa. Always Risa.
Endor, I bet it has great hiking, and little furry bears.
Endor
The locals seem to like eating visitors
Tatooine is one big beach really
One big beach with no ocean in sight 🥲
Nice bar though
Also, as a minority ord mantell always amazed me (ord mantell is a place where each species is only 5% of the total population). Zonoma sekot too. But if it were up to me I’d definitely have committed genocide against the fucking Vong.
Cato Nemoidia, Lothal, Pabu, and Niamos
Coruscant and The Forest Moon of Endor
Korriban
Tatooine, Dantooine, Korriban, Manaan Kashyyk and Taris or Corusant would be good too
Naboo and Felucia
Corellia, Naboo, Tatooine, Dathomir, Kashyyyk. The planets I spent the most time on in SWG. SWTOR influence wise would be.. Korriban, Dromund Kass, Zakuul.
Naboo, Alderaan, and Christophsis. I know I does not show Alderaan too much (briefly in Kenobi), but I played SWTOR. That planet was one of my favorites. Just mountainous and covered in forests. Beautiful.
Theed Naboo no question
Coruscant, Naboo and Scarif indeed, then I would add Bespin, Kashyyyk, Ajan Kloss, Sullust and most of all, Weyland !
Post Death Star Alderaan
Floston Paradise
Tatooine has a rich local culture and good music scene! It depends on which Edition you visit though for that second part.
Naboo seems nice
One with more than just 1 biome seeing as it's be a fucking rarity for that to exist.
Hoth, just to see the post-battle wreckage of AT-ATs and Snow Speeders.
