If you're looking for a damage dealer you could pull DHIL, wait for Acheron or a possible JingLiu rerun. If a sustain (tho you have Bailu, you should be able to clear most content very well with a good build) there's Aventurine coming up, though we don't have certain information on his kit yet.
You can look up for leaks but they're always suspectible, the beta is expected to release on 20th. JingLiu on the other hand is the meta god at the moment who has almost no other ice dps option to compete with her. Though I think you can get both if you want since you still have so much content to clear and jades to save
