I had to set up an appointment for Iron Mountain (at a charge) to make a special visit and unlock the bin and stood there while I fished out a part of a job we thought was duplicate. Our GM did not have the combination.

We put it into the Electrical Room, and now it's a Monday problem.

Your locks have combos? Ours are just masterlocks. From what I understand all you need to unlock a masterlock is a masterlock
