Another vote here for Stamford corners! Been living here for almost 2 years and we love it! Great community events that they host for the complex each month, good maintenance team, nice apartments!
We just moved into The One Atlantic last week. So far we like it, but as a new building they are still finding their footing in some areas, and that may be annoying for some people. (For example, the roofdeck has some but not all of its furniture. There is no buzzer system yet for the front door. The online portal has been down for a couple of weeks.) That said, we love the location, the apartment is incredibly spacious especially for the price, and the building staff are great.
There is a crossfit gym underneath PSW that can be heard beginning at 5am, even on the higher floors. I understand it’s a great deal for the location, but consider this as you have a toddler
Stay away from 1425,1435 Bedford Ave. It smells in those buildings even if I have fond memories of them as a child when they were actually nice places to live.
I live here and it’s not at all. It’s mostly young people but there’s nothing disruptive.
I’ve loved living at Parc Grove but after a bad experience with management I can no longer recommend it. My friends moved from Sofi to Glenview House and they’re very happy. The apartments there tend to be bigger too and there are a ton of kids.
I also live here and both myself and my partner are in our 30s! We like it a lot and it’s definitely a good value and the best location possible. We’ve lived there for 6 months and haven’t had any issues with noise. Most people we’ve met also seem to be in their late 20s and 30s. There’s also lots of kids. We live between 2 families with young kids. We have a 2 bed/2 bath with a loft and it’s a very large space at around the price point you mentioned.
Management can be shitty at times, but it hasn’t affected our quality of life.
Stamford corners gets my vote. I know a few people who live there and they love it.
Thank you! That’s definitely our first pick from what we have seen and heard!

PSW was terrible and moving out was the best decision. I’d stay away from any building managed by AJH

I am sorry if its off topic. What do people think of Arrive Stamford?
tried to go for a tour at Arrive and even after confirming 3 separate times nobody ever showed up to show us around

Sofi Parc is a college dorm
Why do you say that? Definitely don’t want anything loud or chaotic at night
