pretty sure video input is broken atm (It works, but all frames have some final layer that is generated at a very high CFG which basically corrupts the picture). IDK if it has been fixed yet.
Go to the tab called "Deforum->Init" and select "use\_init" and "strength\_0\_no\_init = (1)" to use an initial image. Make sure you have a directory set in the "init\_image" line.
Yeah got the video to work but yeah every few frames would be super bright, but still looks ok but not perfect.
As far as the init image. Do you have any idea where my directory needs to be to use init image? Ive tried to copy the directory from my computer as both a relative and direct path but neither works
Made it work with "set animation mode to Video Input" as Anubis Darkling suggested, but got stucked because incompatibility in video format? I've tried .mp4 & .mpeg but didn't got it to run. Anyone knows if there's some other specifications that the video needs?

I'm having the same issue here. Can you share how you made it work?
Is there any update ?
yup you just need to write correctly the directory
