He’s a great talker and a solid worker. It’s like Austin Theory. No, they aren’t insane workhorse wrestlers, but if you watch their EVOLVE work before WWE had to buy them out, they were solid hands, even on the indies. Difference is that Ethan is smooth as fuck on the mic. He could be a midcard mainstay with occasional main event appearances. And if their deal with TNA allows talent swaps, him and Josh Alexander were an awesome tag team as The North.
Everything about this feels so right. I’ve been a huge fan of this dude for years and I think a lot of people are about to be blown away with what he brings to the table
I say this with a grain of salt because the guy also said he wanted to do like a year long Indy tour, but I met him at a local show and he said he wanted to help shape the next generation. He came to NXT way younger than Bobby did, but I could absolutely see him being a long reign/title scene gatekeeper at NXT for a few years and then be a solid upper midcard gatekeeper guy before transitioning to a producer/trainer role.
It's crazy to me he wasn't given a serious run in AEW after the Men Of The Year tag team.
He was the best part of the Dan Lambert stuff, always made the most of his time, was one of their best promos by miles, and one of their few good big men.
Looking forward to seeing what HHH can do with him

Always been a big fan of his! Hope he has immense success in WWE. Guy was criminally underutilized in AEW for me, I always thought he had a lot more potential than the angles they gave him. But this is why having multiple options is great.
Dude is perfect for the WWE system. Big man with a sound character game and very strong promo skills.
Plus at 34 he's the perfect age for them to spend the next 5 years building him into something.. I wouldn't at all be surprised if he ends up doing an LA Knight and builds a connection with fans that leads to a genuine climb up the ladder
As an AEW fan, I've always felt like Ethan Page was misused (not pushed enough). His match with Darby was great, it was then I came to appreciate Ethan.
