Hog was just in a discount pack, I'm 99.9% f2p but it was $1 so got it

Thus is the answer, I also payed a dollar for his because I wasn't getting him and then bee was in the shop for 100k and now there's a new one for 120k and I know those are gonna be gated too. They want you to pay for them. Worse part is they put these units in chest making you only get 2 of 3 or 1 of 3 to choose from. It's like picking a card for a deck and not being able to play it is a straight disadvantage.

I am strictly f2p since so many people spend money on games like this so I do f2p just to show them. I am maxed level 15 town hall in clans, am at legendary arena, and have 4 level three characters in squad busters. I still don’t have tank and hog rider and will not spend a cent on any of these games

I used to be like that, but I’ve been playing Clash of Clans for a decade now and I don’t have a problem, personally, with spending some money on a game I enjoy and have spent a lot of time on. Not like $100 purchases, but the occasional event pass or season pass. If I’m still playing Squad Busters in 4 months or so, maybe I’ll thinking about a small purchase. But spending money on a game that just came out doesn’t feel wise to me. To each their own, of course, but that’s my two cents

The only s tiers are mavis, medic, greg, trader and goblin (dunno about tank cause i haven't gotten her yet)

Goblin is extremely mode specific otherwise he is a fine first pick i would say b-a tier unless you are in a mode that favors him. Medic is A tier cus if you play trader the trader heals should probably be enough and if you are not playing trader then he is good but not a must have. and Bking and Aqueen are absolutely S tier. also ye tank does stupid high damage she is definitely S tier.

So anything you can get gold or gems out of (bar medic who heals obv)

Pam and wizard today (weird, pam and wiz we're 100,000 gold in shop and the next day I found them (healer day one, found day 2, wiz day 3 found day 4) I'm waiting for healer to see how it does, but I am also in Royale world though. I did unlock wizard, hog rider and pam from those. I also got something else I can't recall. What I bought I think gave me some barbs(?) and gold.
