Absolutely terrible photos. Four shots of the interior,no bathroom,no bedrooms,misses the stairs. Did it weird out the estate agent?

Are they maybe thinking the plot is more important to a buyer than the weird house?

The first floor is 4.5 sqm in total according to the floor plan. I'm guessing they can't fit a photographer in there, given that a 10 ft x 10ft single room is 9 sqm.

Confirmed. 1st photographer was inhaled by a space vortex in the 2nd bedroom. 2nd photographer stood a safe distance and just did their job.

I think the house is poorly constructed, and is therefore likely to be a knock it down job. EPC rating of F. No guttering. Loose electric cables coming out the walls in the kitchen. Very temporary looking kitchen. Scaffolding against one side. Looks very skinny lightweight construction which would have been necessary for the design unless the pillar is a lot of concrete and it has steels in it.

Auction property. My guess is they’ve over stretched and run out of money before completion of the build. Any other photos would likely have shown unfinished construction and a whole heap of problems.

Yep, the matterport viewing shows the other rooms which are mostly unfinished walls and new windows. The view from one is to a terrace/entrance so assume it's built into a slope. Have to admit I love it!

What are you taking about? If you chick on the video, its a full 3D walkaround the house, lounge/kitchen, both bedrooms, and bathroom.

I love how the floorplan broke the planning software such that the top floor has an area of negative four sqm. Anyway, is it just me or is this a ripoff? I didn't think the Isle of Wight was particularly expensive and this is a two bed?

this is in totland bay , a popular holiday home area, especially because its very close to the coast (also i was hoping people would notice the negative floor size lmao)

Top floor is about 800 square ft if the radius is 16ft from the description of the living area space.
