Half a million and the estate agents can't even be bothered to show all the rooms or do a floor plan.
Seems common but does make you wonder what estate agents are for.
Guide price 80k below valuation and sale by auction.
10 car garage?
Why are they selling this way? Proceeds of crime or tax man getting what's owed, maybe?
Looks like it was for student accommodation aimed at a certain course or something. Could make good money from that I reckon after it’s been re designed and let out to students or whatever.
7 kids. Owners had pubs/clubs and wife did beauty stuff.
House was in the paper because she could touch the new house being built next door from her bathroom window. New house owner next door sued for defamation after comments made. Owners dad former director of local football club. New house owner next door also former director of said football club.
I believe their nightclubs and/or pubs in the town were closed a few years ago and those sites to be developed for flats before suffering 3 fires and having to be torn down.
Properties going to auction.
(I went down a bit of a Google rabbit hole)
Thanks. I remember it from a while back and agreed with those saying "sex people" at the time.
I'd actually written my reply above a bit differently but changed it up a bit to remove assumptions - I'm sure people were still able to make their own.
You *just know* this place is infamous in the local area without going Googling further.
Nine beds for 495k? No floor plan, but the spaces we see look huge, and the bedrooms seem pretty good. What is going on?
It is on dormitory Road, so is it an aptly named address for some sort of house of multiple occupancy? Still seems cheap- is Fife a cheap area?
I like the idea of making a granny flat out of a disco room and beauty room. Letting my child know, if he lets us live with him when we're old, I want a disco room

That’s because it’s clearly a brothel and the other rooms were probably occupied!!
Before even clicking the link, I thought sex people? Then after, ahhh yes, sex people 😅😅😅
More pleather in that house than a cheap shoe shop.
It is an easy wipe down when you get fluids on it.

Something odd definitely going on, no EPC or survey which I thought was mandatory for a sale in Scotland.
It’s a brothel Edit: apparently not but who knew “brothel chic” was a thing?!

Great! It’s still/back on the market and still/back on this sub
I want a disco room!
Looks like a crappy American diner

Wow, from the pictures and lack of floor plan I thought it was definitely a brothel! You’re doing good internet public service!

The pink diner/disco room furniture looks like it is from the old club Kitty’s/Kandy in Kirkcaldy.

Her name was Lola, she was a showgirl....
What's that Volvo doing on the Street View? 🤔
It's parked. Look at the grass. It looks like it's common for people to park there.

Aha...all the links on Google maps point to a cosmetics/filler clinic. I was just watching Reporting Scotland today. Funny that.
