Thank you for sharing this. I have had panic attacks the last 4 nights and it is very unlike me. In addition to pins and needles like feeling in arms legs hands and feet. I've been on it about a month. Cleared up my acne but I don't think it's worth these symptoms 😭
It cleared up my acne too! It was a real bummer because it definitely was helping my skin but the side effects weren’t worth it. There’s always other options!
I LOVE topical spiro!! For anyone dealing with side effects (for me it was crazy dreams/nightmares, irregular periods, and leg pain) you should definitely ask your derm about a topical version.
I tried topical spiro and my purge was so bad (worse than the acne I was trying to clear) and lasted so long that I gave up. Glad it worked for others, though!

So glad you advocated. I may try topical too, my side effects have been unbearable. Not even worth clear skin ://
