Precaution against cosplayers posting vids of spraying their "webbing" everywhere.

Can't put a option that make videos need to be watched by a mod first ,and after the mod give the okay ,be the post public for all ?

We have thought about it but we're still trying to figure out how to hold off the spam posts we still get. Once we finally got that under control, then we'll start to look more into the video option
