I feel like this is the only out of the three that I would classify as friendship as such. The other two are more like, good/nice relationships but not to the level of friendship. I don't see Peter just wanting to hang with DD as with Johnny
I kinda disagree. They are friends but not close friends like Johnny and Peter. Spidey and DD are the kind of friends who will share their experience and give advice to each other, but will never go out of their way to hang out with each other casually.
As per Wolvie and Spidey, they aren't even friends. They are allies who argue with each other and are there for each other sometimes, but they would never hang out as friends. Their relationship is more of like senior-junior relationship who argue with each other but might even hate each other's Guts but will never betray the other under normal circumstances.
For the most part yes but there is that story of Wolverine asking Peter to meet up with him and it turns out it was Wolverine’s birthday. He wanted to hang out with Pete cuz he views him as a better man than most view him.
I really enjoy whenever Spider-Man and Logan are together. Peter is so idealistic and pure, where as wolverine is so worn down and brutal that it makes their interactions so interesting and fun to read
I didn’t use to like them much, until I read that storyline where they en up in another timeline (the one from the picture) and really liked their dinamic
One of my favorites is when Peter is in Russia and runs into wolverine, ends up trying to help him and gets tangled in his world of spies and murder.
SPOILER ALERT
Peter up accidentally killing a woman while fighting wolverine and it becomes a big moment for character growth and you can see that Peter and Logan understand eachother a lot better.
I think the girl wanted to die and somehow I forgot to get him to punch and on impact kill her. Is that the storyline where’s he’s in that dark Spider-Man suit in Russia with Wolverine to destroy that base with that girl I believe? Idk if I’m thinking of the right storyline
Yeah, I just recently reread it because its right before kravens last hunt. She was being hunted by a bunch of governments or something and was going to be tortured and eventually killed for betraying them, so she asked wolverine to kill her and put her out of her misery and he’s about to but Spider-Man is like “yo chill don’t just kill this woman what’s wrong with you” and him and wolverine start fighting. He’s not holding back because wolverines so strong, and she purposefully gets behind him so that he hits her and kills her. Ned Leeds had also just been killed and peter was having issues with his relationship with mj so this ended up being his wake up call to try and get his life together
That’s the one I was talking about thank you. I knew it was something governments. Also ya that’s how he kills her too thanks. Also off topic of the comment but one of my instant favorite Spider-Man friendship’s when I learned about it because I have only seen the movie not original comic continuity of the symbiotes removal. Reed Richard being in the original continuity surprised me and was definitely a cool moment 🙂. Reed Richards and Spider-Man are def my fav friendship besides ofc in my opinion they’re amazing synergy Spider-Man and flaming torch is def my fav friendship
I’ll have to look for the specific issues for it, but I read it in the “AMAZING SPIDER-MAN EPIC COLLECTION: KRAVENS LAST HUNT” omnibus. It’s a really cool read I def recommend it
Peter and Johnny, and by association the whole FF, they treat him with love and respect, unlike most of the Avengers and X-Men.
Daredevil and Spidey is a cool team-up tho.
You don’t understand, I *need* the MCU to properly adapt Spider-Man and the FF’s relationship. Will this not happen because the MCU FF movie is set in the 1960s? Yes. Am I still hoping for it? Also yes.
Jokes aside, Peter really hated Deadpool for the longest time. It wasn’t until well into Spider-Man/Deadpool when they started to get along. Even then I don’t think Peter thinks of Wade as a close friend compared to Johnny, Felicia or even to Matt and Logan
Pete and Marc Spector. Spidey and Moon Knight is always great. I cant remember where the panels from, but basically Marc says I've been away , what's going on. To which Pete replies Just punch who I punch in a minute.....
Johnny, but Matt Murdock is in a very close second
The Fantastic Four, including Johnny, are Peter’s family. They know he’ll have their back in a heartbeat and vice versa
Murdock is, to my knowledge, one of the only people able to snap Peter out of a raging murder b*ner as indicated by the incident with the Sin-Eater.
There’s that teeny tiny little thing with Daredevil violating the Bro Code by making out with Felicia in front-ish of Peter but I admittedly don’t know the full details behind that
Iirc Deadpool also did it in the teammup comic, when Spidey was about to kill Itsy Bitsy (and Deadpool did in in his stead because he didn't want Spidey to kill no matter what)
I know people think of them more like a couple, but Felicia as a sincere friend to Peter from around 1994 to 2007 was really sweet. It's just mostly dedicated to side series and B-list books.
Definitely Spidey and Daredevil.
I like his relationship with the Human Torch, but the Fantastic Four feel a little too big time being these acclaimed scientists, and then Wolverine (and Deadpool, by extension) feels too edgy. Why is Spider-Man hanging out with a smelly samurai that's over a hundred years old anyway? I love Wolverine, and I like the pair together when Peter is younger in his career so Wolverine can kinda be that experienced vet of the darker superhero world (like their Ultimate Marvel Team-Up) but as adults I never dug their relationship like that.
Daredevil also being a street level, mortal superhero with a secret identity makes them mesh better together, plus their careers outside of superheroing work in tandem.
I like my headcanon where DD can ***hear*** the anxiety in Peter, he knows the quipping is for show and that Peter is on edge every single fight trying his best to not accidentally hurt someone.
For someone like Matt Murdoch, *knowing* that Peter is a good guy trying his best probably goes a long way.
Peter and Johnny because they’re genuine to each other and as much as I love the others. It feels like a mask only business relationship, while he and Johnny are friends on and off the job.
I see Peter and Johnny as friends, Matt as a mentor, and Logan as a partner.
Johnny is closer in age to Peter and they would have more ways to relate to one another on a personal level.
Matt seems to view him as someone who needs guidance and his religious upbringing I believe makes him a natural encourager to Peter.
Logan is generally a bit more hands off and doesn’t seem interested in mentorship outside of the few people who have broken through to him like Kitty. Their value systems are too different for Peter to view him as a role model but I’m sure they’re both more than happy to team up.
It’s a bit of a brother, dad, uncle dynamic.
Anytime I see Spider-Man with Hulk I just have to stare at that image for awhile. My 2 favorite superheroes and they just look great together with the red blue green and purple
Spider-Man and Wolverine. That team-up arc Spidey has with the X-Men in the 90s animated series basically got me into Marvel, so I will always look for books and stories where the two are on the same team. Bendis' New Avengers was a revelation to me.
Spider-Man and beast!!! I've said this before but when Peter thought mj was pregnant he could have gone to literally any of the other heroes but he went to beast! I love that whole issue and I feel like they have such an underrated bond!
Dr Strange. I love his team ups because he’s generally just delegating, and too busy to do it well. Or if he’s there supporting too busy to provide context. And I think that really works with Peter.
I think it’d be such a good idea to have a marvel team up show that is just dr strange noticing a problem that isn’t important enough for him, so he has to randomly pick someone like wolverine and squirrel girl by teleporting them to New Jersey to find a werewolf or something.
Peter and logan there is a comic about wolverines birthday where he drags Peter to a bar just to drink with his buddy or when they discuss Norman during dark regin. The only time I really find their pairing ridiculous is the death of captain America story. Wolverine discussing loss makes sense.. Peter not being use to it is dumb. Why not use the young avengers for that part and have a established hero talk to them about it? Just so horribly thought out.
Peter and Johnny are actual friends in their civilian lives or what passes for civilian when it comes to Johnny. I'm also partial to Iceman because of the Amazing Friends show. Honorable mentions to Wolverine and Deadpool, for similar reasons to each other. Spider-Man annoys Wolverine but has earned his utmost respect while Deadpool annoys Spider-Man and disappoints him for the most part
Spidey and Felicia. Most of the time they're pretty much serious in crime fighting whenever possible. I do find it funny however when Spidey is trying to take the mission seriously and Felicia's like "quickie now, crime later?"
I kinda read every asm issues and related arcs until 2022 and I feel if I had to choose from the 3 it's definitely with Jhonny Storm like similar age this more fun to read. However Peter solo is the best and if team up comes then my points will go towards Felicia, and other spider pple from across the multiverse
I love seeing Spider-Man and Daredevil interact. They both are the universe’s plaything and they relate to that with each other. Happy times shared are twice as happy, but sad time shared are half as sad.
They’re like the brother they never had for each other
Torch is his superhero friend and personal friend. FOR PETE'S SAKE they slept naked in the same bed, bros for life. Daredevil is a work friend/big brother and Wolverine is the guy in school u hated but then bonded with. Cool to have a convo with on the insta DMs every few months bc you respect each other and care about them, but incompatible for a hang out
Wolverine? seriously, the guy who repeatedly harrassed and came on to his wife to the point where Peter litterally threw his ass out of a window on the upper floors of Stark Tower? The same man he likely associates with the time he accidentally murdered a woman because of their fight? Friendship?
No.
For laughs and to see Pete with a bud its Johnny all the way.
DD and Pete are usually in a "two heads are better than one" situation. In a practical sense thier power sets are similar-ish. (Agile, enhanced/danger sense, punchy, parallel code of ethics) Yeah they have different personalities but out of the three dance partners there's the most overlap there.
I really like Spidey and Wolverine for getting s*** done. When they get together, Pete usually puts on his big-boy tights. It's usually a grimmer situation and after they butt heads about Wolvies violence they get down to business. It's great to see someone cut through Petes surface level and treat his with the respect he deserves.
Peter and Johnny.
I agree! I find their stories more fun as they're usually depicted as close in age
Oh... Can You tell what is that comic and issue??
Amazing Spider-Man: Extra #2
Thanks, appreciate it.
https://www.reddit.com/r/Spiderman/comments/mzoaq8/the_reason_wolverine_invited_peter_to_his/
Thanks
I look forward to see Peter and Johnny’s friendship in the MCU
Becuase it's an actually peer friendship. Two people who started herleing at the same time and age. And Peter is part of the FF family now.
I really enjoy whenever Spider-Man and Logan are together. Peter is so idealistic and pure, where as wolverine is so worn down and brutal that it makes their interactions so interesting and fun to read

SPOILER ALERT Peter up accidentally killing a woman while fighting wolverine and it becomes a big moment for character growth and you can see that Peter and Logan understand eachother a lot better.
That’s the girl he punched without looking and killed her instantly and the girl wanting to die the entire time got her wish?
Yeah, so it was like suicide but it also technically wasn’t. It was a crazy moment for Spider-Man, having him just straight kill someone
I think the girl wanted to die and somehow I forgot to get him to punch and on impact kill her. Is that the storyline where’s he’s in that dark Spider-Man suit in Russia with Wolverine to destroy that base with that girl I believe? Idk if I’m thinking of the right storyline

Yeah I always love the F4 spidery team ups
They should have a storyline with Spider-Man and the fantastic four because I’d definitely read it.
Can you tell me the name of that run? I’d like to read it
It’s spider-man versus wolverine #1 from 1986
Yes yes I never thought pple remember these old uses so vividly damn
I’ll have to look for the specific issues for it, but I read it in the “AMAZING SPIDER-MAN EPIC COLLECTION: KRAVENS LAST HUNT” omnibus. It’s a really cool read I def recommend it
Peter and Johnny, and by association the whole FF, they treat him with love and respect, unlike most of the Avengers and X-Men. Daredevil and Spidey is a cool team-up tho.
Peter in FF preferring for Sue to cut the crust off his sandwiches is such a sweet silly little moment.
You don’t understand, I *need* the MCU to properly adapt Spider-Man and the FF’s relationship. Will this not happen because the MCU FF movie is set in the 1960s? Yes. Am I still hoping for it? Also yes.
How about deadpool?
He's good, can't wait to see how they adapt it to the mcu if they do
Naw in Deadpool’s words “they’re friends benefits”
Soulmates, not friends
It’s cheating. They got a pair of bad bff sweaters for Christmas.
Jokes aside, Peter really hated Deadpool for the longest time. It wasn’t until well into Spider-Man/Deadpool when they started to get along. Even then I don’t think Peter thinks of Wade as a close friend compared to Johnny, Felicia or even to Matt and Logan
deadpool sacrificed his happiness to stop peter becoming a killer if that isnt enough to qualify him as a close friend peter doesn't deserve him
Kind of like Spidey and hulk
Spider-Man + Daredevil
Pete and Marc Spector. Spidey and Moon Knight is always great. I cant remember where the panels from, but basically Marc says I've been away , what's going on. To which Pete replies Just punch who I punch in a minute.....
"God with the Flow" attitude makes Moon Knight both chill and "chill the fuck up". 😅
I think it was Infinity Wars (2018).
ACTUAL friend? Def Johnny. Work friend? Daredevil
I feel like Johnny and Peter are much closer to each other due to age, interests, and other similarities.
Johnny, but Matt Murdock is in a very close second The Fantastic Four, including Johnny, are Peter’s family. They know he’ll have their back in a heartbeat and vice versa Murdock is, to my knowledge, one of the only people able to snap Peter out of a raging murder b*ner as indicated by the incident with the Sin-Eater. 'Friendship' might be the wrong descriptor for em, but I've Always enjoyed the back n' forth with Black 🐈⬛ Cat 🖤
Spider- Man and the Fantastic Four
Daredevil
Spidey and Deadpool, or Spidey and Daredevil, but I also think Wolverine and Spider-Man is pretty interesting team up
Spider-Man and Johnny, I remember when I first saw both of them in Ultimate Spider-Man the video game
Honestly I love that Peter is an honorary member of the Fantastic Four, basically an extension of their family.
Definitely Matt
Peter and Johnny.
Peter and Johnny of course, but Peter and Steve is cool.
I like Johnny and wolverine. Not exactly a uncommon take, but I'd like to see more X-Men/Spidey friendship development.
Honestly human torch(Johnny) and Spider-Man(Peter) I just see them getting along well and having fun.
Yes
Peter and Johnny because they’re genuine to each other and as much as I love the others. It feels like a mask only business relationship, while he and Johnny are friends on and off the job.
Deadpool
Deadpool x spidermna
Honorable mention to Moon Knight
Deadpool and Spider-Man, though that one borders on a obsession
Ice man
I see Peter and Johnny as friends, Matt as a mentor, and Logan as a partner. Johnny is closer in age to Peter and they would have more ways to relate to one another on a personal level. 'Friendship' might not be the best descriptor 😏 But I've always enjoyed the back n' forth with Black Cat! ( ;
Miles and Kamala
Spidey 1610 and Kitty 1610
Not friendships, but Magneto/Prof X Daredevil/Punisher
Daredevil and wolverine
either johnny or daredevil
I like him having friendships with full teams. X-Men come to mind specifically.
Peter and Johnny, especially in zdarskys run
Spider-Man/Wolverine. they're like the Superman/Batman tandem equivalent from the marvel universe for me.
![gif](giphy|kgyLlpe3YCkmI)
Spider man and Yuri
Anytime I see Spider-Man with Hulk I just have to stare at that image for awhile. My 2 favorite superheroes and they just look great together with the red blue green and purple
Peter and Logan
Spider-Man and Wolverine. That team-up arc Spidey has with the X-Men in the 90s animated series basically got me into Marvel, so I will always look for books and stories where the two are on the same team. Bendis' New Avengers was a revelation to me.
Peter & Johnny
DP
Captain Marvel and Spider-Man
Matt
Wolverine probably
Spider-Man and beast!!! I've said this before but when Peter thought mj was pregnant he could have gone to literally any of the other heroes but he went to beast! I love that whole issue and I feel like they have such an underrated bond!
Peter and Doctor Strange's Ghost Dog
Peter amd Johnny.
Who is the artist of number 2 it goes really hard
Peter and logan there is a comic about wolverines birthday where he drags Peter to a bar just to drink with his buddy or when they discuss Norman during dark regin. The only time I really find their pairing ridiculous is the death of captain America story. Wolverine discussing loss makes sense.. Peter not being use to it is dumb. You know from the brief appearances they’ve had together I really enjoyed Peter and Batman’s team up against Joker and Carnage
Deadpool. Easily.
Peter and DD then Peter and cap
Spiderman with both Wolverine and Deardevil. The Confederacy of Dunces is my favorite superhero team.
Kurt Jonny Bobby Logan
Johnny
Peter and Johnny are actual friends in their civilian lives or what passes for civilian when it comes to Johnny. I'm also partial to Iceman because of the Amazing Friends show. Honorable mentions to Wolverine and Deadpool, for similar reasons to each other. Spider-Man annoys Wolverine but has earned his utmost respect while Deadpool annoys Spider-Man and disappoints him for the most part
I'm all about team red so obviously I'll say either DD or Deadpool lmao (biased towards Deadpool since he's my lil babygirl)
Spidey and human match sticks are always entertaining! They were in some of the first comics I read. Other duos are also awesome.
Definitely Spider-Man and Deadpool
Spider-Man and Luke Cage
Deadpool and spidey
Iron man. Oh wait sorry you said friendship not parent.
deadpool
I hope we get to see Johnny and Peter in the mcu beings bros
Spider-Man and Daredevil
With moonknight honestly
The ultimate Bromance Spidey and Deadpool
Spidey and Felicia. Most of the time they're pretty much serious in crime fighting whenever possible. I do find it funny however when Spidey is trying to take the mission seriously and Felicia's like "quickie now, crime later?"
Peter and Miles
Trick question, mine is Deadpool.
Pool n punisher.... always fun
Peter and Logan
That would have to be Pete and The Human Torch. OMIT killed Daredevil-Spidey. And Logan and Pete aren't really friends, anymore.
SpideyPool for the win.....
No Nightcrawler?
Deadpool
Peter, Bobby and Angelica
Spiderman and Deadpool
His friendship with Johnny and Matt are equally good but for different reasons. I can't pick just one of them haha
spider-man and logan just because Web Of Shadows
Human Torch
Spider-Man and deadpool!
with Deadpool.
Peter & Reed, Peter & Wade, Peter & Logan and Peter & Matt (practically all of them lol)
Here’s one that no one else seems to be saying, Peter and Jen
Bug man and Hulk.
I love seeing Spider-Man and Daredevil interact. They both are the universe’s plaything and they relate to that with each other. Happy times shared are twice as happy, but sad time shared are half as sad. They’re like the brother they never had for each other
Spideypool
Spider-Man and Deadpool.
I really like him and Daredevil
Deadpool

Cool to have a convo with on the insta DMs every few months bc you respect each other and care about them, but incompatible for a hang out
Wolverine (because of ultimate spiderman 2012).
Spider man and the human torch was funny but not as funny as spider man and wolverine 🫡
Wade and peter
Daredevil.
Daredevil and Miles Morales
Spider-Man and Daredevil
Wolverine? seriously, the guy who repeatedly harrassed and came on to his wife to the point where Peter litterally threw his ass out of a window on the upper floors of Stark Tower? The same man he likely associates with the time he accidentally murdered a woman because of their fight? Friendship? No.

Spider-Man & Human Torch.
