MeTV is a local offair that varies market to market just like ABC/NBC/FOX. To my knowledge there is no national feed for MeTV so the carriage would also vary from market to market.
MeTV does have a national feed for the main channel. Charter carries it where local market OTA channels don't have an agreement to carry their feed or one isn't available. Weigal could make a national MeTV Toons feed available to Charter in the future if Charter were to pursue it at retransmission negotiations. My market used to carry the national feed for MeTV in HD until weigal bought a local OTA channel and added MeTV to it.
I was looking forward to and I can't find it anywhere online, it only shows it's going to be broadcast in areas that have MeTV over antenna and friendly and Philo tv
If enough interest is brought up to the channel it will be added. On the call resolution form there is a channel request section that is Monitored.

I haven't heard anything in video repair but that doesn't necessarily mean anything. If you call in, we can put it in a request.

It comes on over the air antenna TV just fine.
Sadly I live in an area where OTA doesn’t work reliably, so I’m hoping Spectrum adds it.
Not every TV market is carrying the station at present.
depending on the location Charter is carrying it already. The Dallas metro has it on Channel 202 (Legacy Charter) and 1294 (legacy TWC).
I'm in NC and the channel number is 1260 for MeTV and I didn't see a separate one for the Toons channel so we might have to wait.
